We want you to love your purchase from Growing Haven. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To start a return, contact us at growinghaven35@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain goods such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return. Personalized or final‑sale items may also be ineligible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email growinghaven35@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account or contact your card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the email above.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
